    Each day, a new workout is set. Also known as the WOD, it combines weightlifting, gymnastic and athletic elements into a time-based session, where the goal is usually to finish the exercises as fast as possible, or to complete as much as possible in the time available.

  • Coaching Facilities & Team

    CFNH is set within in the North Head National Park, just up the East Hill of Manly. A 500 square metre space equipped with everything a crossfitter could need, CFNH has views across Sydney Harbour and the rest of the parkland at its door. The Coaching team has broad experience and backgrounds across personal training, kickboxing, rugby league, olympic weightlifting, marathons and nutrition.
