Squat Cycle + Lactic Threshold program.
3 week block.

Over the next three weeks, we are moving into a new training block. The aim for this block is to build your lactate threshold- in short help you deal with pain!
You will notice that the met cons will be shorter than the last three week block which was aerobic based. Nothing will be over 15 minutes. I want you to go as hard as you can with every met con, this will be the way to get the best results out of the programming.
“Get comfortable, being uncomfortable”

Your also going to do a squat cycle. This means you will be squatting at least 3 times a week. The reps will be higher than your used to. Stick with the program stay within the given percentages and push yourself hard.
Also make sure you hit the bottom of every squat, no parallel squatting unless its asked for!
The idea being for everyone to smash their old pb back and front squat after this squat cycle.
Strong legs and midline are the key to CrossFit!
Lots of foam rolling and stretching will be needed over the next three weeks!
